Troubleshooting
Why can't I see the presets after importing?
If you're editing a JPEG, turn on Preferences → Presets → "Show Partially Compatible Develop Presets", then restart Lightroom Classic.
Can I import the .zip without unzipping?
Yes. Import Presets… accepts the .zip file directly.
Do the presets sync to my phone?
Not from Classic on their own. Import them once in Lightroom (desktop) or Lightroom mobile and they sync across your devices.
